WELCOME

Catch the Fire has children’s work running during their Sunday morning services. We have the Fire Tots group for 1-5’s and Fire Kids for those aged 6-11. We believe in children having fun and feeling loved, safe and known on Sunday mornings. We are seeking to encourage authentic and long lasting relationships between the children and Father, Jesus and Holy Spirit. We seek to teach the F.I.R.E.F.M values to the children each week through bible stories, testimonies, soaking, worship, games, craft activities and much more! Phil and Hannah Hammond head up the amazing team of volunteers in the children’s department.

REGISTRATION

Please bring your Fire Tots up for registration from 10:20-10:40am upstairs outside the Fire Tots classroom. If you ask the welcome team they will be happy to direct you to where the children meet.

Please register your Fire Kids by the welcome stand from 10:20-10:40am. We then ask you drop your children off to us at the back of church at 11am.

The children’s groups finish at 12:40pm and you may come and collect your children then.

The safeguarding lead is Tom Allsop, deputy safeguarding leads are Phil and Hannah Hammond, and safeguarding recruitment officer is Zach Keenan. Please feel free to contact them with any queries. (Can you do links to their emails on their names?)

INTERESTED IN GETTING INVOLVED?

We love our passionate, growing team of volunteers. If you are looking for a chance to get involved, to invest in the children who are so precious to God, to grow your giftings and share your own story with God with the children, then please let us know! We have space for people to serve in many areas; worship, teaching, leading games, registration, craft and creative, working with children with additional needs, and our biggest need - making one to one relationships with the children. People serve at frequencies from once a fortnight to once every 3 months so please feel free to serve at a level that fits for you.

If you are interested in volunteering please contact hannah.hammond@ctflondon.com. Hannah will ask you to complete a brief application form and a DBS check, and invite you to a safeguarding training where you will be able to better get to know other volunteers.
